By accessing or using the INhlonipho Student Life LMS, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Welcome to the INhlonipho Student Life LMS. This platform is designed to provide learners from Grade 7 to Grade 12 with access to quality educational resources, online lessons, tutoring, and assessments. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the LMS, including registration, content access, payment, and interactions with tutors. By using the LMS, learners and their parents/guardians agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the LMS.
Learners must be in Grades 7–12 to register.
Registration requires consent from a parent or legal guardian for minors under 18.
Tutors, learners, and parents must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Registration on the LMS is free; however, access to subjects requires payment per subject.
During registration, learners must provide:
Full Name
Date of Birth
Grade
School Name
Parent/Guardian Name and Contact
Email Address
Proof of Payment (POP) for paid subjects
Learners will be assigned a unique student number for identification within the LMS.
The LMS reserves the right to approve or reject registration based on completeness and accuracy of information.
The LMS provides educational content in various subjects including, but not limited to: Mathematics, Technical Mathematics, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, English FAL, English HL, Social Sciences, EMS, Technology, and Agricultural Sciences.
All content is for educational purposes only and is to be used as part of structured learning through the LMS.
Tutors are responsible for delivering accurate content and engaging lessons; learners must follow lessons and complete assigned work.
Subject fees are charged per month as listed during registration. Example: Mathematics Grade 12 – R120/month.
Payment must be made via approved channels (e.g., bank transfer, mobile money).
Proof of payment must be submitted before accessing paid subjects.
Discounts or promotional offers (e.g., 50% off for August) will be applied as advertised.
100% refund if requested within 5 business days of registration/payment.
50% refund if requested within 10 business days of registration/payment.
No refund will be provided after 10 business days from payment.
Refunds do not apply to learners who have completed assessments or received substantial tutoring services.
Learners must attend online lessons, complete assigned tasks, and participate in assessments.
Sharing LMS login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
Learners must respect tutors and fellow learners during interactions and discussions.
Learners must report any technical or access issues promptly.
Ensure learners have access to required devices, internet, and study materials.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Monitor learner engagement and attendance, especially for minors.
Ensure learners follow LMS rules, policies, and code of conduct.
Tutors are available for subject guidance, queries, and one-on-one sessions.
Tutors are not allowed to accept direct payments from learners or parents; all payments must go through INhlonipho Student Life NPC.
Learners and parents must communicate respectfully and professionally with tutors.
Personal information collected during registration will be used only for LMS operations.
INhlonipho Student Life complies with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and other applicable data privacy laws.
Learner, tutor, and parent contact information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Plagiarism, cheating, or submitting work that is not your own is prohibited.
Tutors provide guidance and support; they may not give direct answers to assessments or examinations.
Violations of academic integrity may result in suspension or termination of LMS access.
Bullying, harassment, or abusive behavior in any form is strictly prohibited.
Learners must report any form of harassment to LMS administration immediately.
Tutors and students are expected to maintain a professional and respectful online environment.
Learners are responsible for having compatible devices, internet access, and software to access lessons.
The LMS is not liable for interruptions caused by internet outages, device failures, or technical issues outside its control.
Learners may book individual sessions with tutors at advertised rates.
One-on-one sessions require prior scheduling and confirmation via the LMS.
Parents/guardians must provide consent for minor learners before booking sessions.
The LMS and its staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the LMS.
Tutors provide educational support; the LMS does not guarantee exam results or grades.
The LMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for learners or parents who:
Violate these Terms
Engage in harassment or abuse
Provide false information during registration
Fail to make payments
INhlonipho Student Life may update or revise these Terms at any time.
Learners and parents will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the LMS constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
